YOUTH
PROGRAMS
OBS Cycling Club is a road, gravel and mountain bike club that allows riders ages of 9 and up to experience the joy of riding a bike. Our youth mountain bike clinics are designed with a primary focus on Cross Country discipline, emphasis on skill development, improving fitness, and having fun.

With each passing year, more youth riders are participating in higher quality events around the province and our club offers grassroots level support from certified Cycling BC Coaches, other racers, parents, and officials.
Clinic Information
Okanagan Bike and Ski invites youth (ages 10-15) to participate in our Mountain Bike Clinics.
​
Our clinics are for youth ready to pedal and descend blue trails while able to complete the following skills.

Programs are led by registered Cycling BC Club Coaches, including background checks and PMBIA, NCCP Coach and Instructor certifications. All accompanying adults must register as a Cycling BC Chaperon, including background checks. Cycling BC 2023 membership is required for ALL participants.
We will refund your registration MINUS $20 administration fee up until two weeks prior to the clinic start date.

Locations
Central Okanagan Trail Systems
Each week we will ride a different trail in a predetermined trail system (ie. Smith Creek, Rose Valley, Knox, Crawford)
